Clear-Com Agent-IC Intercom App for Eclipse Matrix & LQ Series

Agent-IC is a downloadable app for Android and iOS devices that turns your smartphone into a remote intercom device. Compatible with both Clear-Com's Eclipse Matrix and LQ Series, the Agent-IC app extends intercom access to mobile devices over wireless and cellular networks.

Easy to Use

Installation is streamlined for user convenience. Users with iOS 9.0 or higher can easily obtain the app from Apple's App or iTunes stores, while those using Android 7.1 or higher can access it via the Google Playstore. Connection to the Eclipse HX matrix requires login credentials and IVC-32-HX cards, supporting up to 32 clients on a single card. The interface ensures confidentiality with user login protocols and audio encryption, accommodating various communication modes, from one-to-one to partyline, ISO, and IFB communication.

Operation

Operational simplicity defines Agent-IC. It connects seamlessly over Wi-Fi and cellular networks using the G.722 codec. By directly connecting to the host Eclipse HX matrix via the IVC-32-HX card, it eliminates the need for an additional server. The user interface, reminiscent of dedicated intercom panels like V-Series, facilitates monitoring and contribution to assigned matrix resources.
